BAU goes online - and visitors go with it
Of course, this year's major construction trade show also had to find new ways to reach its target audience. And so, from January 13-15, the trade show took place over three days as an online format. The big question for everyone involved, both for Messe München as organizer and for us as exhibitors, was whether trade show visitors would go along with this change - and if so, how.
The answer to this is clear for us: We have noticed a huge interest in digital software solutions. More and more companies want to make their processes both more efficient and more flexible so that they can perform well even in difficult situations.
And so we were pleased to welcome more than 200 participants in our total of 15 live presentations and in numerous 1:1 discussions. Most of them have signaled to us that the topics presented will continue to play a major role beyond the event and that we can look forward - in the literal sense of the word - to a "reunion".
See you again next year at digitalBAU 2022 in Cologne
Because - and everyone agreed on this - even the best online format has a hard time matching the direct experience quality of a presence trade fair. For this reason, we are already looking forward to up-close live experiences at the Cologne "digital BAU" next year and the Munich BAU the year after next!
