The Content Services Group
At the end of February 2022, first windream GmbH and dataglobal GmbH merged to form the Content Services Group. Finally, the acquisition of eleven cyber security (formerly Cyren GmbH) followed at the beginning of August 2022. Since then, these three companies have jointly formed the Content Services Group GmbH. The aim of this merger is to drive joint growth, strengthen the respective market position and expand synergies.
The companies at a glance
dataglobal GmbH is a provider of enterprise content management systems in the DACH region. With the dataglobal CS content suite, the company enables the efficient digitization and automation of business processes. In addition, dataglobal GmbH has been successfully represented in the area of managed services for years. In these services, the company takes over various customer IT services, both for its own products and for selected third-party products in the ECM environment.
dataglobal GmbH, based in Heilbronn, Hamburg and Romania, has more than 70 employees who work together to develop solutions for the digital workplace. 550 customers trust in the expertise built up over 30 years.
eleven cyber security GmbH offers e-mail security to protect international companies from spam, phishing and malware attacks. The eXpurgate product protects companies by ensuring that only business-relevant content finds its way to the recipient.
Almost 40 employees from the R&D, Operations, Support, PM, HR and Finance departments work at the Berlin site. They develop the e-mail security software for the approximately 1,000 customers in the DACH region.
As one of the top companies in the development and distribution of business software products for electronic archiving, digital document management and business process management or workflow automation, windream GmbH significantly contributes to the expansion of a digital office. With products such as windream ECM, windream BPM, windream Archive and windream Dynamic Workspace, windream GmbH not only promotes digitisation in German offices, but also allows working independent of time and place.
For this purpose, about 100 employees work and develop at the company's headquarter in Bochum. They are additionally supported by a worldwide network of about 250 sales, integration and cooperation partners in supporting more than 2,600 customers with more than 260,000 workstations.
Strongly positioned together
The merger of the three companies will enable business to be expanded both within existing customer segments and in new markets. By leveraging synergies, services will be complemented to create future-proof solutions for the digital workplace. The collaboration will enable all companies to bring innovative products to market and expand offerings to additional regions and industries.
Together under the Content Services Group brand, future product developments are to be created and the topics of cloud technology, DevOps cloud architectures and cloud security are to be expanded and advanced. In this way, customers will benefit from the unique know-how as well as the quality and sustainability of the services.
