The windream Dynamic Workspace App as a perfect supplement to your windream Dynamic Workspace

Use windream Dynamic Workspace to access your documents on mobile devices, from any place and at any time. Search for documents via the DMS-browser or via the flexible and easy-to-use search function. The search function supports you contextually in a clever way when entering search terms and allows you to search both the full text and the structured metadata of the documents.

In the search result list, documents can be downloaded to the mobile folder for editing. The documents in the folder can be edited offline and uploaded back to the ECM system at a later time, optionally also as a new version of an existing document.

The downloaded documents can be annotated in the windream Dynamic Workspace App in the same way as with the windream Windows version. Thus, you can discuss the documents saved in windream with your team in a platform-independent way.

The integrated scan function allows you to scan documents mobile and to upload these scans into the ECM-system. Even photos from your smartphone or tablet can be easily uploaded into your windream folder structure at any time.

With the windream Dynamic Workspace App, you can also access your most recently edited documents in the windream ECM-system. Even your private favorites from My windream are available cross-platform with the windream Dynamic Workspace App.
