Stephan Serger has been working in the consulting sector at windream GmbH for the last ten years. In his new role as Managing Director, the business informatics specialist will build on the previous successes of the ECM-provider and further strengthen the partner business. In doing so, he will be supported above all by the extended management team. As of the new year, Tim Hillig, who has been a member of the windream team for 17 years already, will join the management team as an authorised representative. Malte Bielefeld, who has three years of experience as a consultant, has been promoted to the management of this department. Hilmar Hänel has already been Team Leader Partner Management since July 2020 and will also be responsible for Inside Sales at windream GmbH from next year. The new management team is completed by Patrick Plenz. He brings in his longtime expertise in marketing of the Bochum-based ECM-provider and will be responsible for this area in the future.
