The windream Dynamic Workspace App

In the windream Dynamic Workspace, individual views can be generated which are visible in the app immediately after their creation and publication. For document retrieval, the windream Dynamic Workspace App includes a DMS-browser as a standard feature, as well as a context-sensitive search function which considers both the full text and the structured metadata of the documents. In the search results list, documents can be downloaded to the mobile repository for editing. Here, they can be edited offline, and uploaded back into the ECM system at a later time - optionally also as a new version of an existing document. With the integrated scan function, documents can be scanned on the go and then be uploaded via smartphone or tablet in the windream folder structure. Furthermore, users have access to their last edited documents in the windream ECM-system. Private favorites from My windream are also available with the windream Dynamic Workspace App, across platforms.

The respective versions of the windream Dynamic Workspace App can be downloaded for the DACH-region from the Google Play Store or from the Apple App Store free of charge.
